How it works
How does Timesheets work for a bar?
Timesheets gives the bar a QR clock-in point and each person a personal PIN. Bartenders and glass collectors record their own start and end times, a shift that runs past midnight is handled correctly, and the manager exports the recorded hours for payroll.

FAQ
Bar timesheets: common questions
How are shifts past midnight handled?
A shift is one clock-in and one clock-out. If it ends at 03:00 the hours are counted in full and the shift stays on the day it started.
Our rota changes every week — is that a problem?
No. Timesheets records the shift that was worked. There is no fixed schedule to keep in sync.
Can someone forget to clock out and fix it later?
A manager adds the correct clock-out time with a reason. The original record stays visible for the audit trail.
