How it works

How does Timesheets work for a café?

Timesheets gives the café a QR code and each person a personal PIN. Staff record their own hours when they arrive and leave, including a solo open or close, and you download the period as a detailed CSV for your accountant.

What you can do

01

One QR code by the till covers every shift, early opens and late closes included.

02

Part-time and casual hours land on the same timesheet as the core team.

03

A solo open, with nobody around to vouch for it, is still an accurate, timestamped record.

FAQ

Café timesheets: common questions

Is this overkill for three staff?

No. Setup is a location, a few names and a PIN each. After that it’s one scan at the start of a shift and one at the end.

What about a barista who opens alone?

They clock themselves in from the QR code. The record is timestamped, so nobody needs to vouch for it.

Can I see who is working right now?

Yes. The Today view shows who is clocked in, since when, and at which location.

What does it cost for a small café?

€19 a month, however many people are on the team. There’s no per-person fee, no hardware to buy and no contract. The first month is free and need no card.

What replaces the “I’m in” message in the group chat?

The clock-in itself. Each person scans the QR code and enters their PIN, so the time lands on the timesheet instead of getting buried in a chat.
