How it works
How does Timesheets work for a café?
Timesheets gives the café a QR clock-in point and each barista a personal PIN. Staff record their own hours when they arrive and leave, including a solo open or close, and the owner exports the period for payroll.

Café timesheets: common questions
Is this overkill for three staff?
No. Setup is a location, a few names and a PIN each. After that it is one scan at the start and end of a shift.
What about a barista who opens alone?
They clock themselves in from the QR code. The record is timestamped, so there is no need for anyone to verify it in person.
Can I see who is working right now?
Yes. The Today view shows who is clocked in, when they started and at which location.
