How it works

How does Timesheets work for a hotel?

Timesheets treats each department or outlet as a location with its own QR clock-in point, and gives every team member a personal PIN. Housekeepers, receptionists and restaurant staff record their own hours; a manager reviews across departments and exports the whole property for payroll.

FAQ

Hotel timesheets: common questions

Can one person work in more than one department?

Yes. A team member can clock in at any location they are assigned to, and the export shows their hours split by department.

How is overnight coverage handled?

A night shift is a normal clock-in and clock-out. Hours that cross midnight are counted in full.

Do we get one timesheet or one per department?

Both. The payroll export covers the whole property, with a per-location breakdown inside it.
