How it works
How does Timesheets work for a nightclub?
Timesheets gives the venue a QR clock-in point per area — door, bar, cloakroom — and each person a personal PIN. Regular staff and one-off event crew record their own hours, a finish at 05:00 is handled correctly, and the manager exports the recorded hours for payroll.

FAQ
Nightclub timesheets: common questions
Can we add event staff for a single night?
Yes. Add the person, issue a PIN, and they clock in like anyone else. Their hours stay on the record after you remove them.
How are 4am and 5am finishes handled?
The shift is counted in full and stays attributed to the day it started, so the timesheet reads correctly.
Can we keep door and bar hours separate?
Yes. Each area is its own location, so the payroll export breaks hours down by door, bar and cloakroom.
